Drone Surveys
Our drone surveys offer the same accuracy and level of detail as a traditional survey, but in a fraction of the time.
Drone surveys are a highly efficient method of collecting data. It is up to five times faster than land-based methods and significantly reduces the amount of equipment needed on-site. This means they are easily repeatable making tracking progress simple, and operations on the ground won’t be interrupted by surveying apparatus.

Drones can capture thousands of images and produce thousands of measurements in one flight which can be represented in a number of ways (contour lines, elevation models, 3D models etc.). These measurements are highly accurate allowing us to provide a very detailed end product.
Not only this but drones can take off and fly pretty much anywhere. This allows inaccessible and otherwise dangerous areas to be surveyed with ease. Also, due to the drone’s ability to fly at very low altitudes, certain atmospheric conditions such as cloud cover don’t affect the results.
At Mapmatic, we provide a comprehensive range of surveying solutions. Get in touch today for more information.
